Our Mission . The Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Midwest (TACCI-Midwest) is a non-profit business association founded in 2006 to provide services to its Members, to Turkish-American business community in the Midwest, as well as to American businesses interested in Turkish markets and products. Our primary goals are to promote interests, activities, services and products of our members, to foster and facilitate greater trade and investment activity and joint ventures between Turkey and the Midwest USA, and to promote commercial and economic relations between the two countries. The Chamber offers a wide range of services, educational programs, seminars, networking opportunities, and organizes major annual conferences and events to meet the needs of U.S. and Turkish businesses and to promote bilateral and regional trade and economic relations. We provide companies with guidance, information, and various tools and resources for accessing and advertising business opportunities and trade leads, reaching their potential customers and suppliers, and succeeding in their goals. Whether you are an investor, business professional, entrepreneur, exporter or importer planning to enter or expand your presence in either market, TACCI-Midwest can accommodate your specific needs both with tailor-made in-house services and with most commonly requested services, or can direct and refer you to other professional service providers familiar with both markets. These services include but not limited to market and business partner search; business start-up and company set-up; trade, customs, tax, and investment regulations; connecting with government and trade agencies and organizations; trade show services; trade missions; and legal services such as resolving business disputes, debt recovery, immigration and work permits.
